Role Overview

The successful candidate will serve as the registered manager for their designated area, providing leadership to a team of 12 Service Leaders responsible for 15 services. The Regional Manager will play a crucial role in the growth initiatives of the region, enhancing Community Integrated Care's presence as a premier provider with a strong local identity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee operational and financial performance of multiple services, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and contractual obligations.
  • Contribute to the organization's business planning process as part of the Leadership Team, with accountability for executing the business plan within your designated services.
Qualifications and Experience

Knowledge:

  • Professional qualification in Health and Social Care (e.g., qualified Nurse, Social Worker, SVQ L4, or Care and Management L5).
  • Evidence of ongoing professional development.
  • Medication Level 3 Training.
  • Thorough understanding of person-centered care.
  • Valid UK Driving License.

Experience:

  • Familiarity with CI/CQC regulations and inspection processes.
  • Experience in complex care settings within social or health care.
  • Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and involvement in complex case reviews.
  • Experience managing individuals with challenging behaviors requiring intensive support planning.
  • Prior experience overseeing multiple sites in a health and social care environment.
  • Proven leadership skills and team management experience.
  • Budget management experience.
  • Knowledge of complex care conditions, including epilepsy and autism.
