Role OverviewThe successful candidate will serve as the registered manager for their designated area, providing leadership to a team of 12 Service Leaders responsible for 15 services. The Regional Manager will play a crucial role in the growth initiatives of the region, enhancing Community Integrated Care's presence as a premier provider with a strong local identity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee operational and financial performance of multiple services, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and contractual obligations.
- Contribute to the organization's business planning process as part of the Leadership Team, with accountability for executing the business plan within your designated services.
Knowledge:
- Professional qualification in Health and Social Care (e.g., qualified Nurse, Social Worker, SVQ L4, or Care and Management L5).
- Evidence of ongoing professional development.
- Medication Level 3 Training.
- Thorough understanding of person-centered care.
- Valid UK Driving License.
Experience:
- Familiarity with CI/CQC regulations and inspection processes.
- Experience in complex care settings within social or health care.
- Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and involvement in complex case reviews.
- Experience managing individuals with challenging behaviors requiring intensive support planning.
- Prior experience overseeing multiple sites in a health and social care environment.
- Proven leadership skills and team management experience.
- Budget management experience.
- Knowledge of complex care conditions, including epilepsy and autism.
