We are seeking an experienced and organized Area Care Manager to join our team at EveryDay Care and Support. As a key member of our management team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the effective and efficient provision of our domiciliary Care at Home Service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Head of Care and Support in managing teams of Area Coordinators, Team Leaders, and PSA staff to deliver high-quality care services to customers.
- Provide supervision and support to staff to meet objectives and standards, promoting independence, respect, and dignity for customers.
- Manage the performance of the team, including financial, staff, and service performance, to achieve key performance indicators.
- Lead and motivate the staff team to meet the personal care and support needs of customers, ensuring excellent customer service skills and effective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
Requirements:
- Level 5 qualification in a relevant discipline or a similar level qualification in a related field.
- Excellent customer service skills and confident communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to instill character and commitment into the service and lead a team to achieve high standards.
