About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional leader to join our team at Derwent care home, a 45-bed facility in the community of Low Westwood. As Registered Home Manager, you will be responsible for inspiring and motivating our team members to provide outstanding, person-centred care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the care team to deliver exceptional care and services to residents
  • Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and safeguarding policies
  • Take ownership of estates, marketing, business performance, and HR functions
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve care quality and resident satisfaction
  • Collaborate with the Regional Manager and Central Support Team to achieve business objectives
Requirements
  • Level 5 Leadership and Management for Adult Care qualification or equivalent
  • Excellent knowledge of CQC regulations and safeguarding policies
  • Proven leadership and management experience in a care setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with the care team and other stakeholders
