Position: Clinical Deputy Manager

Care Categories: Nursing care for older adults

Salary: £21.37 to £22.37 ( £48,894 -£51,182 )

Hours: Full time

Contract type: Permanent

The Clinical Deputy Manager will be responsible for ensuring the level of care provided exceeds professional standards, statutory, regulatory, and legal requirements. This involves providing specialist support and advice, taking responsibility for resident care in the Home Manager's absence, and supervising/coaching colleagues to deliver exceptional care.

The Care Home is registered for 39 service users, providing nurse and dementia care. The home has received good ratings in all areas of their inspection.

The Care Home offers a comprehensive induction programme, including various training courses. You will have access to clear and structured development programmes, with clear pathways to progression within the Care Home.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide specialist support and advice to colleagues
  • Take responsibility for resident care in the Home Manager's absence
  • Supervise and coach colleagues to deliver exceptional care
  • Ensure the level of care provided exceeds professional standards

  • Registered Nurse RGN / RMN / RNLD
