Clinical Deputy Manager | Compass Associates

**Job Summary**

Compass Associates is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Deputy Manager to join our team in a well-performing elderly nursing home in Newcastle-under-Tyne. As a Clinical Deputy Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the General Manager in maintaining excellent clinical standards and overseeing the nursing and care teams in delivering quality care to residents.

**Responsibilities**

* Support the General Manager in maintaining excellent clinical standards
* Oversee the nursing and care teams in delivering quality care to residents
* Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement care plans
* Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards

**Requirements**

* Qualified Nurse (RGN/RMN)
* Previous Nursing Home experience
* Elderly/Dementia Nursing experience
* Strong Clinical Skills
* Genuine passion for elderly care
* Leadership experience within a senior nurse capacity

**Interview Process**

There is a 2-stage interview process:

1. Stage 1 - A telephone interview with a member of the recruitment team
2. Stage 2 - Interview with Home Manager & Regional Manager

**Location**

This role is based just outside of the Newcastle-upon-Tyne area and is easily commutable from surrounding areas.
