Role Overview

The Operations Supervisor is tasked with guiding and overseeing a team of project leaders, site managers, workers, and subcontractors to successfully execute multiple simultaneous projects for the Banking Hub account. This role is crucial in delivering quality and timely services in a professional manner. The Operations Supervisor will also ensure that all projects are managed commercially in a proactive way to safeguard and enhance project profitability. The primary focus will be on fit-out operations within a retail context, but may also encompass additional services necessary for broader project execution within Integral UK Ltd. As the operational head for your sector, you will adeptly manage various team members, client stakeholders, and supply chain partners. This pivotal position supports project delivery teams and guarantees that company processes and values are consistently upheld.

Key Responsibilities

  • · Possess a comprehensive understanding of and comply with the Company's Policies and Procedures, ICDL, and other governance frameworks.
  • Manage a team of project leaders, site managers, workers, and subcontractors to deliver project work to clients.
  • Conduct regular project reviews (PRMs) to ensure adherence to program, cost, quality, and safety standards in line with business expectations.
  • Deliver exceptional service and cultivate relationships with key client stakeholders to foster repeat business and long-term strategic partnerships.
  • Identify and develop new opportunities with existing and prospective clients in alignment with business strategy, focusing primarily on end-user clients.
  • Ensure compliance with all Integral group policies and procedures.
  • Achieve financial targets to meet established objectives, including reporting financial status with the support of the Commercial team.
  • Lead the relevant site-based project team to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, including Health & Safety, Quality Assurance, and Engineering standards.
  • Ensure that work is executed to a high standard, complying with relevant British Standards and codes of practice.
  • Provide support for the Business Estimating Function as necessary.
  • Manage the provision of technical support for the contract.
  • Facilitate training for staff and operatives.
  • Conduct staff evaluations for direct reports, establishing training and development programs as required.
  • Maintain a close collaborative relationship with Commercial, Engineering, Estimating/Work Winning, and Support teams.
  • Assist in final contract negotiations prior to contract award, addressing commercial and engineering matters.
  • Provide engineering support as needed to the business, especially during peak workloads or new projects.
  • Assume responsibility for the overall performance of your team.
  • Foster customer relationships and deliver outstanding customer service.

Qualifications & Experience


• Proficient in IT skills, particularly Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

• Strong educational background – degree or equivalent experience.

• Leadership experience coupled with solid Mechanical and Electrical technical knowledge.

• Proven track record of successful project delivery.

• Experience managing multiple projects with varied scopes of work.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong problem-solving abilities.

• High self-motivation, organizational skills, and drive to meet deadlines.

• Commercial acumen.

• Negotiation skills.

• Proven track record in account and financial management.
