Key Responsibilities:
Maintain a proactive and positive demeanor. Uphold a welcoming and professional image of the facility to customers and the community. Oversee the efficient management of daily operations, ensuring security, cleanliness, customer supervision, and equipment maintenance. Ensure compliance with all safety protocols. Support management in implementing improvement strategies for energy efficiency and resource optimization. Supervise all staff on duty, effectively delegating tasks and fulfilling additional responsibilities as required.
