Key Responsibilities:
Maintain a proactive and positive demeanor. Uphold a professional image of the facility to customers and the community by delivering a welcoming and efficient service. Assist patrons in utilizing the amenities and encourage maximum engagement with the Centre. Prepare spaces and equipment for scheduled activities as necessary. Oversee the effective management of daily operations, ensuring security, cleanliness, customer oversight, and equipment inspections are consistently upheld. Ensure compliance with all safety protocols. Maintain effective housekeeping practices and support management in implementing improvement strategies for resource efficiency. Supervise all staff on duty, efficiently distributing tasks and performing additional responsibilities as required.
