About the Opportunity

This is an exciting role within a professional services organisation undergoing a significant transformation to reshape their learning operating model. The successful candidate will play a critical part in designing, delivering, and evaluating leadership and performance development initiatives. Reporting to the Performance & Leadership Manager, you will work alongside a talented Organisational Effectiveness team to increase current and future leadership capabilities across the business.

As a Performance Improvement Specialist, you will enable high levels of performance by providing development, coaching, and support. You will develop and deploy blended learning tools and interventions, focusing on the outcomes required. Your role will be varied, with opportunities to consult with colleagues, facilitate learning sessions, coach leaders, and analyse data to inform decisions.

The ideal candidate will have experience in modern leadership development programs and a strong consultative approach. You will be able to demonstrate excellent stakeholder management skills and a proven ability to adapt your style to work with people at all levels. Experience of working within a blended learning framework and cohort-based learning programmes is also essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, deliver, and evaluate leadership and performance development initiatives
  • Provide development, coaching, and support to increase current and future leadership capabilities
  • Develop and deploy blended learning tools and interventions
  • Consult with colleagues, facilitate learning sessions, and coach leaders
  • Analyse data to inform decisions
