About the Role

Reporting to the Performance & Leadership Manager, you will work closely with a talented team to increase current and future leadership capabilities across the business. Your primary focus will be on enabling high levels of performance by providing development, coaching, and support to leaders at all levels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver blended learning tools and interventions to drive business outcomes
  • Consult with colleagues to understand challenges and opportunities for learning solutions
  • Facilitate leadership development programs, including coaching and mentoring
  • Analyse trends in data to inform decisions and drive business improvement
  • Develop and deploy learning collections for leaders to subscribe to
Requirements
  • Proven experience in modern leadership development programs and a strong understanding of contemporary learning approaches
  • Excellent facilitation and coaching skills, with the ability to adapt your style to suit different audiences
  • Strong consultative approach and experience of enabling change
  • Proven success in diagnosing root causes of problems and designing solutions to address them
  • Experience of working with people at all levels, from individual contributors to c-suite
  • Experience of working within a blended learning framework and cohort-based learning programs
