Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver leadership development programs that meet the needs of the organization's senior leaders and managers.
  • Conduct needs assessments and analysis to identify key performance gaps and develop targeted solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement blended learning solutions that incorporate digital, experiential, and immersive learning approaches.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to senior leaders and managers to support their development and growth.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external providers and partners to ensure access to best-in-class learning solutions.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in leadership development, with a strong track record of designing and delivering effective programs.
  • Excellent facilitation and coaching skills, with the ability to work with senior leaders and managers at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify key performance gaps and develop targeted solutions.
  • Experience working with digital learning platforms and tools, with a strong understanding of blended learning approaches.
  • CIPD or Coaching level 5 and above, or willingness to work towards.
