Strategic Leadership Development Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Leadership Development Consultant to join our team at Nigel Wright Recruitment. As a key member of our Organizational Effectiveness team, you will play a critical role in designing, delivering, and evaluating leadership development initiatives that drive business results.
About the Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading professional services organization that is undergoing a significant transformation. You will have the chance to make a real impact on the organization's learning and development strategy, working closely with senior leaders and stakeholders to identify and address key performance gaps.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver leadership development programs that meet the needs of the organization's senior leaders and managers.
- Conduct needs assessments and analysis to identify key performance gaps and develop targeted solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement blended learning solutions that incorporate digital, experiential, and immersive learning approaches.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to senior leaders and managers to support their development and growth.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external providers and partners to ensure access to best-in-class learning solutions.
Requirements
- Proven experience in leadership development, with a strong track record of designing and delivering effective programs.
- Excellent facilitation and coaching skills, with the ability to work with senior leaders and managers at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify key performance gaps and develop targeted solutions.
- Experience working with digital learning platforms and tools, with a strong understanding of blended learning approaches.
- CIPD or Coaching level 5 and above, or willingness to work towards.
