About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Performance & Leadership Consultant to join our team at Nigel Wright Recruitment. As a key member of our Organisational Effectiveness team, you will play a critical role in designing, delivering, and evaluating leadership and performance development initiatives.

Reporting to the Performance & Leadership Manager, you will work closely with a talented team to increase current and future leadership capabilities across the business. Your primary focus will be on enabling high levels of performance by providing development, coaching, and support to leaders at all levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver blended learning tools and interventions to drive business outcomes
  • Consult with colleagues to understand challenges and opportunities for learning solutions
  • Facilitate leadership development programs, including coaching and mentoring
  • Analyse trends in data to inform decisions and drive business growth
  • Develop and deploy learning collections for leaders to subscribe to

Requirements:

  • Experience in modern leadership development programs and a strong understanding of contemporary learning approaches
  • Proven success in diagnosing root causes of problems and designing solutions
  • Excellent facilitation skills and ability to adapt style to suit different audiences
  • Experience working with people at all levels, from individual contributors to c-suite executives
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and partnering skills
