About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Performance & Leadership Consultant to join our team at Nigel Wright Recruitment. As a key member of our Organisational Effectiveness team, you will play a critical role in designing, delivering, and evaluating leadership and performance development initiatives.

Reporting to the Performance & Leadership Manager, you will work closely with a talented team to increase current and future leadership capabilities across the business. Your primary focus will be on enabling high levels of performance by providing development, coaching, and support to leaders at all levels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver blended learning tools and interventions to drive business outcomes
  • Consult with colleagues to understand challenges and opportunities for learning solutions
  • Facilitate leadership development programs, including coaching and mentoring
  • Analyse trends in data to inform decisions and drive business improvement
  • Develop and deploy learning collections for leaders to subscribe to
Requirements
  • Proven experience in modern leadership development programs and a strong understanding of contemporary learning approaches
  • Excellent facilitation skills and the ability to adapt your style to suit different audiences
  • Strong consultative approach and experience of enabling change
  • Proven success in diagnosing root causes of problems and designing solutions
  • CIPD or Coaching level 5 and above, or willingness to work towards
  • Experience of psychometrics and/or qualified in some assessment tools
