Key Responsibilities- Design and deliver leadership development programs to increase current and future leadership capabilities at all levels within the organisation.
- Provide coaching and support to leaders to enable high levels of performance and achieve business objectives.
- Develop and deploy blended learning tools and interventions to address specific business needs.
- Consult with stakeholders to understand challenges and opportunities for which learning could be a solution.
- Analyse trends in data and draw insights to inform decisions.
- Design and develop new learning collections for leaders to subscribe to.
- Experience in modern leadership development programs and a strong understanding of contemporary learning approaches.
- Proven success in developing leaders, including designing, delivering, and evaluating models and tools.
- Strong consultative approach and experience of enabling change.
- Excellent facilitation skills and ability to use an effective balance of coaching, support, and challenge to achieve results.
- Proven experience in talent development, leadership, coaching, and learning and development.
- Experience of working with people at all levels, from individual contributors to c-suite, with the ability to adapt your style accordingly.
- Experience of working within a blended learning framework and cohort-based learning programs.
- Application of behavioural tools, such as psychometrics, 360 feedback, and team dynamics, within learning and coaching.
- Confidence using technology and communication channels, such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Whiteboard.
- Strong and engaging communication skills to collaborate with, inspire, and challenge learners to grow their capability.
- Evidence of Continued Professional Development (CPD) and keeping pace with the latest thinking.
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
- CIPD or Coaching level 5 and above, or willingness to work towards.
- Experience of psychometrics and/or qualified in some assessment tools.
- ILM or CMI Leadership & Management Qualification.
- Experience of working with digital curated learning platforms and Learning Management Systems.
- Experience of coaching within a change environment.
