Front Desk Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Front Desk Coordinator to support our client on a permanent, full-time basis.
The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, keen to learn, and welcoming, with excellent interpersonal skills.
Key responsibilities of the Front Desk Coordinator role include:
- Providing a warm welcome and refreshments to clients, and assisting them during their visit.
- Handling incoming calls and directing them to the correct department.
- Making purchases for office supplies and managing inventory.
- Preparing and organizing files, and maintaining accurate records.
- Managing incoming and outgoing mail, including franking and distribution.
- Coordinating calendars and scheduling appointments.
- Performing other administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements for the Front Desk Coordinator role include:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Additional information about the Front Desk Coordinator role includes:
- Full-time and permanent position.
- Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 17:00.
