Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and greet guests with a professional and friendly attitude.
  • Handle inquiries via email, phone, and in-person.
  • Prepare and serve beverages and light snacks efficiently.
  • Manage spa bookings and appointments, ensuring a smooth process.
  • Provide information about spa services and products to guests.
  • Process payments and maintain an organized reception area.
  • Promote spa services and special offers to guests.
  • Ensure the reception area is always clean and inviting.
  • Collaborate with spa therapists and staff for seamless service delivery.
  • Log all visitors accurately, including contractors and guest passes.
  • Complete all necessary training for the role.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric approach.

Desirable Qualifications: Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role, preferably within the hospitality sector, and proficiency in booking systems and basic computer skills would be advantageous.
