Daily Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests with a professional and friendly attitude.
- Manage inquiries via email, phone, and in-person.
- Prepare and serve beverages and light snacks (if applicable).
- Coordinate spa bookings and manage appointment schedules.
- Provide information on spa services and products to guests.
- Process payments and maintain an organized reception area.
- Promote spa services and special offers effectively.
- Ensure the reception area is always clean and inviting.
- Collaborate with spa therapists and staff for efficient service delivery.
- Log visitor information accurately.
- Participate in all necessary training for the role.
Candidate Profile:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
- A genuine passion for health, wellness, and customer service.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Capability to build rapport and trust with guests.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays.
Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role, ideally within the hospitality sector, is desirable. Familiarity with booking systems and basic computer skills would be advantageous.
