The Service Operations Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting both the service team and our valued clients.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage service requests and organize appointments for maintenance and repairs.
  • Liaise with clients to collect essential information and provide updates on service requests.
  • Keep precise records of service activities, including work orders, service reports, and customer feedback.
  • Assist in coordinating technician schedules and dispatching service personnel.
  • Monitor inventory levels of service parts and supplies, placing orders as necessary.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Aid in the preparation of service contracts and agreements.

Required Skills and Experience:
