Job Summary:

We are seeking a Night Porter to join our team at Ashford International Hotel & Spa. As a Night Porter, you will be responsible for managing the reception during the night, greeting guests upon arrival, and ensuring all guest inquiries and complaints are dealt with in a friendly and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the reception desk during the night shift, providing exceptional customer service to guests
  • Administer check-ins and check-outs, ensuring all guest information is accurate and up-to-date
  • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Work closely with the hotel team to ensure seamless guest experience
  • Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized reception area

Requirements:

  • Ability to work with minimum supervision
  • Passion for delivering exceptional guest service
  • Courteous and pleasant attitude
  • Conflict resolution experience
