Job Description

**Account Growth Specialist - Salesforce Enterprise**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Growth Specialist to join our Salesforce Enterprise team. As an Account Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for driving growth and revenue within our existing assigned accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop Key Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Account Strategy Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive account strategy aligned with customer business objectives, focusing on upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Sales Process Leadership: Lead the end-to-end sales process, engaging relevant resources such as Sales Engineers, Professional Services, and Partners to drive customer success.
  • Territory Research and Planning: Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify and prioritize target accounts, developing a go-to-market strategy and qualified target account list within 30 days.
  • Value Proposition Development: Collaborate with customers to develop and communicate the value proposition of Salesforce solutions, highlighting the benefits and ROI of our technology.
  • Account Growth: Drive growth within assigned accounts, identifying and pursuing new opportunities to increase revenue and expand customer relationships.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven Sales Experience: Demonstrated success in quota-carrying, technology solution-based direct sales experience, with a strong track record of achieving or surpassing sales targets.
  • Account Planning Strategies: Develop and execute account plans to retain and grow ACV (Actual Contract Value) with existing accounts, focusing on upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Research and Discovery: Conduct thorough research and analysis to uncover customers' current processes, business objectives, and strategic goals, using customer discovery, use cases, and value hypotheses.
  • Solutioning: Identify compelling value propositions that address customer needs, demonstrating a deep understanding of Salesforce technology solutions.
  • Customer Communication: Effectively communicate with customers in a clear, concise, and timely manner, using various communication methods and tools.
  • Resource Application: Continuously leverage available resources and tools to drive results and achieve sales objectives.
  • Team Selling: Collaborate with the account team and partners to support the deal and customer success.

  • Excellent Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Sales Methodology Education: Have a strong understanding of sales methodologies and principles, with the ability to apply them in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Ability to Develop Cases and Service Requirements: Develop and present compelling cases and service requirements to customers, while crafting and leading strategic alliances.
  • Ability to Thrive in a Fast-Paced Environment: Possess the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on results and customer satisfaction.
  • Track Record of Consistently Achieving or Surpassing Quota: Demonstrate a strong track record of consistently achieving or surpassing sales targets, with a focus on driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to Work with Multiple Internal Teams: Collaborate with multiple internal teams to align with account objectives, govern, inspire, and leverage resources to drive customer success.
