About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Account Executive to join our team at TekSelect. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, driving growth and revenue through new business opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with our clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions to drive growth and revenue.
  • Pipeline Development: Develop and manage a pipeline of new business opportunities, identifying and pursuing new sales leads and partnerships.
  • Financial Performance: Meet and exceed financial goals, delivering revenue growth and profitability for TekSelect.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor analysis, and market developments to ensure TekSelect remains a leader in the Salesforce ecosystem.

Requirements:

  • Proven Salesforce Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in a Salesforce sales role, with a proven track record of success.
  • UK SMB-Midmarket Expertise: Experience working with UK-based SMB and mid-market clients, with a deep understanding of their business needs and pain points.
  • Consulting Background: A background in consulting, with experience in sales, marketing, and business development.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and solutions to clients.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
