As a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Enterprise Account Executive, you will serve as a process and technology subject matter authority representing the entire suite of Salesforce marketing and engagement solutions for the UKI region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive net new Marketing Cloud business revenue within the NGO sector focusing on UKI and/or a list of named accounts according to the business plan
  • Develop partnerships in the partner ecosystem to drive new business
  • Deliver initial harbor cruise demonstrations of the Marketing Cloud capabilities
  • Position Marketing Cloud products and services to improve Customer's impact
  • Negotiate and build product and service orders, contract addendum, and renewals
  • Manage and develop existing contacts and build ambassadors
  • Provide weekly accurate forecast to sales management
  • Collaborate with the extended team to create a business plan to drive net new revenue and ensure customer success

Requirements:

  • Intense, strong disciplined, self-motivated individual to execute well in a fast-paced environment
  • Passionate about customer success and active teaming with the extended team
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quota preferably in digital marketing SaaS solutions
  • Ability to negotiate commercial contracts and maintain competitive pricing
  • Proven commercial success in working with executives, VP, and 'C' level
  • Ability and proven experience with critical thinking and complex decision making
  • Genuine passion for working with Nonprofit institutions
  • Ability to travel as needed to support your territory and other business activities
