**Enterprise Account Executive - Growth Strategist**

We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Account Executive to join our team at Salesforce. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing and growing our most strategic accounts, driving revenue growth, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at our largest enterprise accounts, understanding their business objectives and identifying opportunities to drive growth and expansion.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute account plans that align with our customers' business goals and objectives.
  • Sales Enablement: Work closely with our sales engineers, customer success teams, and other stakeholders to ensure that our customers have the necessary resources and support to achieve their business outcomes.
  • Territory Identification and Research: Conduct thorough research to identify new business opportunities within our existing accounts and develop targeted strategies to drive growth and expansion.
  • Value Proposition: Develop and communicate the value proposition of Salesforce solutions to our customers, highlighting the benefits of our technology and services.
  • Customer Communication: Effectively communicate with customers through various channels, including email, phone, and in-person meetings, to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

Requirements:

  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in quota-carrying, technology solution-based direct sales experience, with a strong track record of achieving or surpassing sales targets.
  • Account Planning Strategies: Ability to create account plans that drive growth and expansion, with a focus on upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Research and Discovery: Strong research and discovery skills, with the ability to uncover customers' current processes, business objectives, and strategic goals.
  • Solutioning: Ability to identify compelling value propositions that address customer needs, with a deep understanding of technology solutions.
  • Customer Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a clear, concise, and timely manner.

Preferred Qualifications:
