About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Account Executive to join our team at Salesforce, Inc. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop Strategic Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at assigned accounts.
  • Drive Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
  • Lead Sales Process: Lead the end-to-end sales process, engaging with cross-functional teams such as Sales Engineers, Professional Services, and Partners.
  • Identify and Pursue New Opportunities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned accounts, leveraging Salesforce's value proposition to drive growth.
  • Collaborate with Internal Teams: Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with customer objectives and drive business results.
Requirements
  • Proven Sales Experience: Demonstrated success in quota-carrying, technology solution-based direct sales experience.
  • Account Planning Strategies: Develop account plans to retain and grow ACV (Actual Contract Value) with existing accounts, focusing on upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Customer Communication: Effectively communicate with customers using various communication methods and tools.
  • Team Selling: Align with the full capacities of the account team and partners to support the deal and customer success.
  • Sales Methodology Education: Possess sales methodology education and experience.
  • Strategic Alliances: Develop cases and service requirements, while crafting and leading strategic alliances.
  • Internal Collaboration: Ability to work with multiple internal teams, govern, inspire, and leverage resources to align with account objectives.
