Job Description

**Account Growth Specialist - Salesforce Enterprise**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Growth Specialist to join our Salesforce Enterprise team. As an Account Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for driving growth and revenue within our existing assigned accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop Key Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Account Strategy Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive account strategy aligned with customer business objectives, focusing on upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Sales Process Leadership: Lead the end-to-end sales process, engaging relevant resources such as Sales Engineers, Professional Services, and Partners to drive customer success.
  • Territory Research and Planning: Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify and prioritize target accounts, developing a go-to-market strategy and qualified target account list within 30 days.
  • Value Proposition Development: Collaborate with customers to develop and communicate the value proposition of Salesforce solutions, highlighting the benefits and ROI of our products.
  • Account Growth: Drive growth within assigned accounts, identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Proven Sales Experience: Demonstrated success in quota-carrying, technology solution-based direct sales experience.
  • Account Planning Strategies: Develop and execute account plans to retain and grow ACV (Actual Contract Value) with existing accounts, focusing on upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Research and Discovery: Conduct thorough research and analysis to uncover customers' current processes, business objectives, and strategic goals.
  • Solutioning: Identify compelling value propositions that address customer needs, demonstrating an understanding of technology solutions.
  • Customer Communication: Effectively communicate with customers in a clear, concise, and timely manner, using various communication methods and tools.
  • Resource Application: Continuously leverage available resources and tools to drive results.
  • Team Selling: Align with the full capacities of the account team and partners to support the deal and customer success.

  • Excellent Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Strong ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Sales Methodology Education: Knowledge of sales methodologies and frameworks.
  • Ability to Develop Cases and Service Requirements: Ability to craft and lead strategic alliances.
  • Ability to Thrive in a Fast-Paced Environment: Strong ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Track Record of Consistently Achieving or Surpassing Quota: Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Ability to Work with Multiple Internal Teams: Strong ability to collaborate with multiple internal teams to drive customer success.
