Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to join our team at Salesforce, Inc. as an Account Director. As an Account Director, you will be responsible for managing and growing our largest and most strategic customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and Execute Account Strategies
    • Develop and execute account plans to drive growth and retention of our largest customers
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts
  • Build and Maintain Customer Relationships
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within our largest customer accounts
    • Develop and execute customer engagement strategies to drive satisfaction and loyalty
  • Lead Cross-Functional Teams
    • Lead cross-functional teams to drive sales and customer success initiatives
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Drive Revenue Growth
    • Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth within our largest customer accounts
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth

Requirements

  • Proven Track Record of Success
    • Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction within large enterprise accounts
  • Strong Business Acumen
    • Strong business acumen and understanding of the enterprise software market
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
