We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Success Director to join our team at Salesforce. As a key member of our Customer Success organization, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth through strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Success Strategy: Develop and execute customer success strategies that align with Salesforce's business objectives and drive customer adoption and retention.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions to drive success.
  • Account Management: Lead a team of Customer Success Managers to ensure seamless delivery of customer success initiatives and drive customer satisfaction.
  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Process Improvement: Develop and implement process improvements to enhance customer success metrics and drive operational efficiency.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in customer success, sales, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of driving customer success and business growth in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce products and services and a deep understanding of the customer success landscape.
