At CH&CO Catering Limited, we pride ourselves on our thoughtful and mindful approach to the culinary experiences we curate and deliver. We are currently seeking a Sales Executive to join our team at Ultimate Experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities by responding to client inquiries and proactively targeting potential clients for event packages and shared party nights at Ultimate Venues.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients by understanding their requirements, providing customized solutions, and delivering outstanding customer service to encourage repeat business.
  • Collaborate with the broader sales and events teams to create effective sales strategies and promotional materials that enhance profitability while meeting client expectations.
  • Negotiate and finalize agreements with clients, ensuring all contracts are profitable and aligned with company goals, while managing payment schedules and follow-ups effectively.
  • Consistently meet personal sales objectives and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) set by your supervisor by actively managing your sales pipeline, converting leads into sales, and continuously seeking opportunities for improvement.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance metrics and profitability regularly, identifying trends and areas for enhancement to help achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Act as a representative for Ultimate, ensuring a positive brand image is upheld in all customer interactions.
