Job Title: Privileged Access Management Senior Analyst

Job Summary:

ECS Resource Group is seeking a highly skilled Privileged Access Management Senior Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our privileged access management systems, ensuring the security and integrity of our network.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain our PAM systems, including incident management, processes, and documentation.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures for privileged user onboarding and offboarding.
  • Review and update Service Level Agreements and account recertifications.
  • Review and manage system access levels, permissions, and privileges.
  • Administer Active Directory and Exchange, including Azure Active Directory.
  • Conduct user access reviews and job role-based matrix analysis.
  • Participate in internal and external audits and ensure effective management.
  • Perform system administration tasks, such as user setup, amendments, and deletions.
  • Provide training and guidance to junior team members.
  • Develop and maintain procedures and system documentation.
  • Ensure requests are completed within agreed Service Level Agreements.
  • Participate in project work and manage workload according to project plans.
  • Manage team workload, including other systems access tasks.
  • Perform monthly 1:1s with team members.

Requirements:

  • Leadership, delegation, and prioritization skills.
  • Experience with PAM/IAM improvements.
  • Knowledge of PAM/IAM concepts, including RBAC, toxic combinations management, and privileged access management.
  • Understanding of PAM/IAM access control domains, including tools, techniques, and procedures.
  • IT literacy skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage daily workload.
  • Commitment to continuous process improvement and customer service.
