We are seeking a highly skilled PAM Senior Analyst to join our team at ECS Resource Group. As a key member of our IT department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the secure and efficient management of privileged access within our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Support the development and implementation of our Privileged Access Management (PAM) strategy, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Manage the end-to-end PAM process, including user onboarding, offboarding, and access reviews, to maintain the security and integrity of our systems.
- Monitor and review Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and account recertifications to ensure compliance and optimal performance.
- Maintain and review systems access levels, permissions, and privileges to prevent unauthorized access and ensure data security.
- Collaborate with the IT Systems Access Lead to maintain Active Directory and Exchange Administration, ensuring seamless access and authentication for users.
- Participate in internal and external audits, ensuring effective management and mitigation of risks.
- Perform system administration tasks, including user setup, amendments, and deletions, as required.
- Provide guidance, training, and support to IT Systems Access Analysts to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Oversee the creation and maintenance of procedures and system documentation to ensure clarity and consistency.
- Assist in project work and organize workload according to agreed project plans to ensure timely completion and delivery.
- Proven leadership, delegation, and prioritization skills, with experience in managing teams and projects.
- Strong understanding of PAM/IAM concepts, including RBAC, toxic combinations management, and privileged access management.
- Knowledge of PAM/IAM access control domains, including tools, techniques, and procedures used.
- Excellent IT literacy skills, with the ability to analyze and resolve complex technical issues.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- A strong commitment to continuous process improvement and customer service, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
