Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Privileged Access Management Senior Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the secure and efficient management of privileged access across our organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • PAM Service Management: Provide leadership and oversight for the PAM service, including incident management, process development, and documentation.
  • End-to-End PAM Process: Ensure the seamless onboarding and offboarding of privileged users, including the provision of privileged access and review of access levels, permissions, and privileges.
  • Service Level Agreements and Account Recertifications: Review and maintain Service Level Agreements and account recertifications to ensure compliance with security, risk, and governance policies.
  • System Administration: Perform system administration tasks, including user setup, amendments, and deletions, as well as provide support, training, and guidance to IT Systems Access Analysts.
  • Procedure Development and Maintenance: Create and maintain procedures and system documentation to ensure consistency and accuracy.
  • Project Work and Workload Management: Participate in project work and manage workload according to agreed project plans, ensuring timely completion of tasks and delivery of high-quality results.
  • Team Leadership and Development: Provide strong leadership and guidance to the IT Systems Access Analysts, including monthly 1:1 meetings and performance evaluations.

Requirements

  • Leadership and Delegation Skills: Proven ability to lead and delegate tasks effectively, prioritizing workloads and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • PAM/IAM Expertise: In-depth knowledge of PAM/IAM concepts, including RBAC, toxic combinations management, privileged access management, and monitoring.
  • IT Literacy and Communication Skills: Strong IT literacy skills and excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Process Improvement and Customer Service: Strong commitment to continuous process improvement and customer service, with a focus on delivering exceptional results and exceeding customer expectations.
