Role Summary
In light of an exciting transformation within the organization, we are seeking a PAM Senior Analyst to enhance our team in West Bromwich. This role presents a unique opportunity to contribute to a company that prioritizes its employees and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the management of the PAM/IAM service, including incident handling and documentation.
- Oversee the complete PAM process, including the onboarding and offboarding of privileged users.
- Monitor Service Level Agreements and conduct account recertifications.
- Review and maintain access levels, permissions, and privileges across systems.
- Administer Active Directory and Exchange, including Azure Active Directory.
- Conduct User Access Reviews and manage Job Role Based Matrices.
- Engage in internal and external audits, ensuring effective management.
- Perform system administration tasks such as user setup and modifications.
- Provide support, training, and guidance to IT Systems Access Analysts.
- Ensure the creation and upkeep of procedural and system documentation.
- Guarantee timely completion of requests in line with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Participate in project work and manage workload according to project timelines.
- Oversee team workload and additional systems access tasks as necessary.
- Exhibit strong leadership skills and conduct regular one-on-one meetings with team members.
Required Skills and Experience
- Demonstrated leadership and delegation capabilities.
- Experience in driving improvements within PAM/IAM frameworks.
- Familiarity with PAM/IAM principles, including RBAC and privileged access monitoring.
- Knowledge of PAM/IAM access control methodologies and tools.
- Strong IT literacy and communication skills.
- Ability to manage daily responsibilities effectively.
- Commitment to continuous improvement and exceptional customer service.
