Job Description

The West Brom is seeking a highly skilled PAM/IAM Senior Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our Privileged Access Management (PAM) and Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the PAM/IAM Service, including incident management, processes, and documentation, and working with 3rd party support.
  • Manage the end-to-end PAM Process, including Privileged user on and off boarding, providing temporary/persistent privileged access.
  • Monitor and review PAM Service Level Agreements and account recertifications.
  • Maintain and review systems access levels, permissions, and privileges.
  • Maintain Active Directory (including Azure Active Directory) and Exchange Administration.
  • Manage User Access Reviews and Job Role Based Matrices.
  • Participate in internal and external audits and ensure they are managed effectively.
  • Perform System administration tasks such as User set up, amendments, and deletions as and when required.
Requirements:
  • Proven leadership, delegation, and prioritization skills.
  • Experience of PAM/IAM concepts such as RBAC, Toxic combinations management, CyberArk, privileged access management, and monitoring.
  • Knowledge of PAM/IAM Access control domains, including the tools, techniques, and procedures used.
  • Excellent IT literacy skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of explaining simple procedures in writing or verbally with all levels of management and staff.
