About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Privileged Access Management Senior Analyst to join our team at ECS Resource Group. As a key member of our IT team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the secure and efficient management of privileged access across our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Privileged Access Management (PAM) Service Delivery: Ensure the delivery of a high-quality operational service for PAM, including incident management, process development, and documentation.
  • End-to-End PAM Process Management: Oversee the end-to-end PAM process, including privileged user onboarding and offboarding, access provisioning, and review of Service Level Agreements and account recertifications.
  • System Administration and Support: Provide system administration support, including Active Directory (including Azure Active Directory) and Exchange Administration, user access reviews, and job role-based matrices.
  • Internal and External Audits: Ensure effective management of internal and external audits, including the identification and mitigation of risks.
  • Team Leadership and Support: Provide leadership, guidance, and support to the IT Systems Access Analysts, including training and development opportunities.
Requirements
  • Leadership and Delegation Skills: Proven ability to lead and delegate tasks effectively, with a strong focus on prioritization and time management.
  • PAM/IAM Expertise: In-depth knowledge of PAM/IAM concepts, including RBAC, toxic combinations management, privileged access management, and monitoring.
  • IT Literacy and Communication Skills: Strong IT literacy skills, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Process Improvement and Customer Service: Strong commitment to continuous process improvement and customer service, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
