About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Access Management Specialist to join our team at ECS Resource Group. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our privileged access management systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Incident Management: Provide timely and effective incident management support for our PAM/IAM service, ensuring minimal disruption to our operations.
  • Process Management: Develop, implement, and maintain processes and documentation for our PAM/IAM service, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
  • System Administration: Perform system administration tasks as needed, including maintaining system access levels, permissions, and privileges.
  • Team Support: Provide guidance, training, and support to the team, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Procedure Development: Oversee the creation and maintenance of procedures and documentation, ensuring they are up-to-date and compliant with industry standards.
