Job Title: Privileged Access Management Senior Analyst

Job Summary:

ECS Resource Group is seeking a highly skilled Privileged Access Management Senior Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our privileged access management system, ensuring the security and integrity of our IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain our privileged access management system, ensuring compliance with security policies and procedures.
  • Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our PAM system.
  • Collaborate with the IT Systems Access Lead to ensure seamless delivery of IT support services to the business.
  • Provide training and guidance to IT Systems Access Analysts on PAM best practices and procedures.
  • Conduct regular reviews of user access levels, permissions, and privileges to ensure compliance with security policies.
  • Develop and maintain system documentation, including procedures and guides for PAM system administration.
  • Participate in internal and external audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide support and guidance to the IT Systems Access Analysts on system administration tasks, including user setup, amendments, and deletions.

Requirements:

  • Strong leadership and delegation skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
  • Experience with PAM/IAM concepts, including RBAC, toxic combinations management, and privileged access management.
  • Knowledge of PAM/IAM access control domains, including tools, techniques, and procedures used.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong commitment to continuous process improvement and customer service.
