Senior Analyst for Privileged Access Management

Location: West Bromwich

Position Overview

As part of a transformative phase within the organization, we are seeking a PAM Senior Analyst to enhance our team in West Bromwich. This role presents a unique opportunity to contribute to a company that prioritizes its employees and clients.

Role Responsibilities

The PAM Senior Analyst will assist the IT Systems Access Lead in managing a team of IT System Access Control Analysts, ensuring the delivery of a high-quality operational service. Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the PAM/IAM service, including incident management and documentation.
  • Overseeing the complete PAM process, including onboarding and offboarding of privileged users.
  • Monitoring Service Level Agreements and account recertifications.
  • Maintaining and reviewing access levels, permissions, and privileges across systems.
  • Administering Active Directory and Exchange.
  • Managing User Access Reviews and Job Role Based Matrices.
  • Participating in audits and ensuring effective management.
  • Performing system administration tasks as required.
  • Providing support and training to IT Systems Access Analysts.
  • Creating and maintaining procedural documentation.
  • Ensuring timely completion of requests within agreed Service Levels.
  • Assisting in project work and managing workload according to project plans.
  • Overseeing team workload and other access tasks as necessary.
  • Demonstrating strong leadership skills and conducting regular one-on-one meetings with team members.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Demonstrated leadership and prioritization abilities.
  • Experience in driving PAM/IAM enhancements.
  • Familiarity with PAM/IAM concepts, including RBAC and privileged access management.
  • Knowledge of PAM/IAM access control domains and associated tools.
  • Strong IT literacy.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage daily workloads effectively.
  • Commitment to continuous improvement and customer service excellence.
