Role Responsibilities

The PAM Senior Analyst will assist the IT Systems Access Lead in overseeing a team of IT System Access Control Analysts, ensuring the delivery of high-quality operational services. Your primary responsibility will be to support the team in providing exceptional IT support across the organization.

In this role, you will contribute significantly to the System Access Control Team, playing a vital role in optimizing access management functions and driving initiatives to mitigate risks.

Key Duties

  • Assist in the PAM/IAM service, including incident management and documentation processes.
  • Oversee the complete PAM process, including onboarding and offboarding of privileged users and managing privileged access.
  • Monitor and evaluate Service Level Agreements and account recertifications.
  • Review and maintain system access levels, permissions, and privileges.
  • Administer Active Directory (including Azure Active Directory) and Exchange.
  • Manage User Access Reviews and Job Role Based Matrices.
  • Engage in internal and external audits, ensuring effective management.
  • Conduct system administration tasks such as user setup, modifications, and deletions as needed.
  • Provide support, training, and guidance to IT Systems Access Analysts.
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of procedures and system documentation.
  • Ensure requests are fulfilled within established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Participate in project work and organize tasks according to project timelines.
  • Manage team workload, including additional systems access responsibilities as required.
  • Exhibit strong leadership skills and conduct monthly one-on-one meetings with team members.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Demonstrated leadership, delegation, and prioritization abilities.
  • Experience in driving PAM/IAM enhancements.
  • Familiarity with PAM/IAM concepts such as RBAC, toxic combinations management, and privileged access monitoring.
  • Knowledge of PAM/IAM access control domains, including relevant tools and procedures.
  • Strong IT literacy skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication capabilities.
  • Adept at managing daily workloads.
  • Commitment to continuous process improvement and exceptional customer service.
