As a leader in Customer Experience, your goal is to engage and motivate customers from the moment they arrive until their purchase is complete.

Whether they are picking up online orders, replenishing essentials, or fueling their vehicles, you will ensure they receive an outstanding experience.

Reporting to the Lead Customer Experience Manager, your focus will be on operational management within the store, guaranteeing that your area operates efficiently on a daily basis.

Key responsibilities include managing a medium to large team, delegating tasks, scheduling breaks, creating work rotas, addressing performance matters with sensitivity, and assisting in recruitment efforts.

You will be a prominent presence on the shop floor, serving as a role model who fosters training and cultivates an inclusive environment where team members feel empowered to challenge the status quo.

You will collaborate with the Lead Customer Experience Manager to enhance customer satisfaction and retail performance in your designated area.

  • Work closely with another Customer Experience Manager to exchange ideas and identify improvement opportunities, ensuring seamless shift transitions.
  • Guide your team to empathize with customers, taking pride in delivering exceptional service.
  • Embrace digital solutions for operational tasks, from inventory management to scheduling.

As a Customer Experience Manager, you may advance to a Lead Manager position in various departments such as Food, In-store Customer Experience, Clothing, or General Merchandise.
