Exciting Opportunity:

Mission 4 Recruitment is seeking a seasoned Sales Director to lead our business development efforts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in account management within the Fire and/or Security industry, with a focus on client retention and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of account managers to secure client renewals and identify new business opportunities
  • Develop and implement a customer-centric strategy to enhance customer value
  • Optimize the sales strategy to drive business growth
  • Collect and analyze market information for informed decision-making
  • Conduct sales meetings and produce reports for sales analysis
  • Provide training and support to team members in the fire and/or security sector

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role
  • Background in account management within fire and/or security
  • Demonstrated success in team development
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
