Exciting Opportunity:
Mission 4 Recruitment is seeking a seasoned Sales Director to lead our business development efforts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in account management within the Fire and/or Security industry, with a focus on client retention and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of account managers to secure client renewals and identify new business opportunities
- Develop and implement a customer-centric strategy to enhance customer value
- Optimize the sales strategy to drive business growth
- Collect and analyze market information for informed decision-making
- Conduct sales meetings and produce reports for sales analysis
- Provide training and support to team members in the fire and/or security sector
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role
- Background in account management within fire and/or security
- Demonstrated success in team development
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
