We are currently seeking a Senior Internal Sales Representative to assist a Client Manager/Director in delivering exceptional service to our clients. Your daily responsibilities will encompass quoting, CRM and order management, while also serving as the primary contact for customer inquiries.

JOB SPECIFICATION: Senior Internal Sales Representative

The role includes, but is not limited to:

  • Addressing customer needs and requirements
  • Managing quotes and sales pipeline
  • Overseeing order and backorder management along with customer inventory
  • Maintaining accurate customer contact records through CRM
  • Handling incoming customer inquiries

REQUIREMENTS: Senior Internal Sales Representative

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of ten years of experience in internal sales, preferably within a similarly sized IT reseller, working closely with account directors. Strong interpersonal, administrative, and communication skills are essential, as you will engage with customers on a variety of issues daily.
