About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Freight Sales Professional to join our team at Willis Global Ltd. As an Internal Sales Executive, you will play a key role in building and developing existing client relationships, maximising business potential, and calculating Air, Road, and Sea freight quotations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to increase sales and revenue.
  • Calculate and provide accurate freight quotations to clients.
  • Work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless execution of freight services.
  • Monitor and analyse sales performance to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or customer service within the logistics or freight industry.
  • Strong knowledge of freight forwarding and logistics services.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
