About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales and Marketing Director to lead our Eastern region team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for shaping and implementing our sales and marketing strategy to drive business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing sales and marketing team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and implement sales and marketing plans to drive business growth and revenue.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales and marketing strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to sales and marketing team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Manage and control the regional sales budget to ensure effective use of resources.
About You

We are looking for a seasoned sales and marketing professional with a proven track record of success in driving business growth and revenue. You will have excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a high-performing team. You will also have a strong understanding of sales and marketing principles and practices, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
