Job Summary:
Chase is seeking a highly skilled Regional Commercial Manager to join our team in the North East territory. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a commercially biased market access plan to drive business growth and expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a market access plan to identify and prioritize high-priority accounts across the territory
- Grow our unique service offering across all appropriate sectors, including Medicines Management, Associate Directors of nursing, Hospital Procurement, Senior Service Managers, Pharmacy and Procurement Leads
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to understand their clinical needs and adapt our service and product base to suit
- Analyze and interpret healthcare data (HES, IMS) to identify and prioritize high-priority accounts
- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders
- Contribute to the overall success of the organization by raising our profile within the marketplace
Requirements:
- Recent experience within Medical Devices (Wound Care specifically)
- Proven track record in a relevant sales/market access/BDM type role
- Experience of KOL development
- Strong understanding of the changes within the NHS and the challenges and opportunities within the therapy area
