Senior Key Accounts Sales Leader - £55k-£65k

Overview:
You will possess a solid history of nurturing, guiding, and expanding a high-performing sales team.

Your experience in account management will enable you to adeptly oversee our clientele, empowering you to collaborate with the team and achieve outstanding outcomes.


Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a collaborative team member who is driven and ambitious, demonstrating a proactive work ethic and leading by example.
- Provide support and mentorship to your team to ensure the attainment of exceptional customer service, engineering excellence, and financial goals.

- Ensure all duties are executed in alignment with the organization's values to fulfill our vision of delivering unparalleled customer experiences and professional services.


Team Development:
- Report directly to the Group Sales Director, focusing on the development, management, and support of our Key Accounts Team, including onboarding, performance management, and training initiatives.

- Lead and manage the key accounts team to meet company sales objectives for current clients while pursuing growth opportunities through new recurring revenue, remedials, and project ventures.


Strategic Support:
- Assist the Group Sales Director in crafting, implementing, and continuously monitoring the sales strategy to align with company goals and evolving market conditions.

- Serve as a trusted advisor to both existing and prospective clients, gaining insights into their challenges and areas for enhancement, while identifying solutions to ensure comprehensive integration of Group Services into their operations.


Performance Analysis:
- Collaborate with the Group Sales Director to lead and facilitate sales meetings, generate sales reports, and analyze key performance metrics to understand conversion rates and identify sales trends.

- Work closely with your team to support key account managers in conducting quarterly and annual reviews with clients, utilizing available data to identify spending patterns and opportunities for increased client investment.


Team Empowerment:
- Partner with the Group Sales Director to identify skill development and training needs to enhance confidence and expertise in the Fire and/or Security Sector.

- Oversee personal development and coaching of team members to help them realize their full potential in account management.

- Collaborate with the Group Sales Director to establish objectives, provide constructive feedback, and conduct performance evaluations, identifying areas for growth and facilitating employee development plans.
