Job Overview

About the Position

Lotus Bakeries is seeking a Grocery National Account Manager to enhance our dynamic team and contribute to our ongoing growth trajectory. In this role, you will oversee significant multiple accounts and report directly to the sales leader of the Lotus Bakeries division.

Develop and implement outstanding business strategies with key Grocery and Online partners, ensuring optimal sales performance during critical trading periods. Take ownership of P&L and forecasting for assigned accounts, achieving value, volume, and gross profit percentage targets. Cultivate exceptional cross-functional relationships with essential customer contacts across purchasing, supply chain, category management, and format teams. Collaborate with the Category Manager to provide impactful insights that yield substantial business advantages. Ensure premium visibility and penetration by effectively showcasing Lotus Bakeries in retail environments (point of sale, secondary displays, product samplings) and online during key seasonal events. Leverage customer systems to enhance sales, including influencing product availability, compliance, and promotional management. Partner with the Lotus Bakeries field sales team to drive robust local activation efforts.

Candidate Profile

About You

You are likely an experienced National Account Manager with a background in Grocery accounts. Alternatively, you may be an outstanding National Account Executive ready to advance your career.

Excellent relationship builder – personable with a collaborative approach to working with buyers, achieving results for Lotus Bakeries in a responsible and natural manner.

While not mandatory, the following attributes would be advantageous:
