Job Overview

About the Position

Lotus Bakeries is seeking a Grocery National Account Manager to enhance our dynamic team and contribute to our growth trajectory. In this role, you will oversee significant multiple accounts and report directly to the sales lead within the Lotus Bakeries division.

Develop and implement outstanding business strategies with key Grocery and Online partners, ensuring optimal sales performance during critical trading periods. Take ownership of P&L and forecasting for assigned accounts, achieving value, volume, and gross profit percentage targets. Cultivate exceptional cross-functional relationships with essential customer contacts across purchasing, supply chain, category management, and format teams. Collaborate with the Category Manager to generate impactful insights that yield substantial business advantages. Ensure excellent visibility and market penetration by effectively showcasing Lotus Bakeries products in stores (including point-of-sale displays, secondary placements, and sampling) and online during peak seasonal times. Leverage customer systems to enhance sales, focusing on availability, compliance, and promotional management. Partner with the Lotus Bakeries field sales team to guarantee effective local activation.
