Job Title: Grocery National Account Executive
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Grocery National Account Executive to join our Sales team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and developing our relationships with key customers across the grocery sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business and promotional plans with key customers to maximize sales of our products.
- Manage the profit and loss (P&L) of assigned accounts and deliver value, volume, and profit targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer contacts, including buying, supply, trade planners, and shopper marketing teams.
- Work closely with our supply and operations teams to ensure accurate customer forecasts and new product launches.
- Collaborate with our category team to develop engaging sell-in stories and ranging and distribution opportunities.
- Work with our shopper marketing teams to create innovative and engaging display and feature in stores and online.
- Visit stores regularly to ensure activity is executed and to review retailer and competitor trends.
- Support the Sales Team with weekly reporting and maintaining key documents for the wider business.
About You:
We are looking for a results-driven individual with a strong track record of delivering business results. You should have a good understanding of P&L's and margins, with excellent attention to detail. You will also have strong selling skills, with the ability to win and influence buyers and internal teams.
