Job Title: Grocery National Account Executive
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Grocery National Account Executive to join our Sales team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing business plans with key customers across multiple channels, ensuring sales of our products are maximised at key trading periods.
Key Responsibilities:
- Agree and deliver strong business and promotional plans with key customers, ensuring sales of our products are maximised at key trading periods.
- Manage P&L of assigned accounts and deliver value, volume and profit targets.
- Build cross-functional relationships with key customer contacts, including buying, supply, trade planners and shopper marketing.
- Day-to-day basics, including new line setup, EPOS & Invoice tracking with the use of retailer systems.
- Work cross-functionally with our supply and operations teams to ensure all customer forecasts are accurate, including new launches, base, promo and feature activity.
- Work with the category team to develop engaging sell-in stories for new products and ranging and distribution opportunities.
- Work with our shopper marketing teams to create disruptive and engaging display and feature in stores and online.
- Visit stores on a regular basis to ensure activity is executed and to review retailer and competitor trends.
- Support the Sales Team with weekly reporting and maintaining key documents for wider business.
About You:
We are looking for a results-driven individual with a strong understanding of P&L's and margins, who can demonstrate examples of business results they have led personally. You should have strong selling skills to win/influence buyers and internal teams, as well as good organisational, written and verbal communication skills.
